Hartmut A. Glück was a Director for The Carlyle Group and served until May-2012 as the head of Real Estate Germany, responsible for acquisition and asset management. Mr. Glück has been working in the real estate industry since 1994. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Glück worked as an independent Developer (HHGL Höcherl & Glück) in Munich. Prior to that, he served as a Member of the Executive Board of Bayerische Hausbau. Before joining Bayerische Hausbau, Mr. Glück worked with Arthur Andersen Real Estate, RIPEG as well as Dr.-Jürgen-Schneider-Gruppe.

 

Mr. Glück holds a Master degree in Business Administration (Dipl.-Kaufmann) from the University of Mannheim.

Claus Bertermann

Dipl.-Ing. (TU München)

 

Claus Bertermann served from 2005 until 2007 as Managing Director for Innovation Management Ltd. and as a board member for The Innovation Fund Ltd., a global Fund of Hedge Funds with USD 1.5 bn AUM. Prior to that, he conducted as Deputy General Manager the advisory activities for Innovation Advisors Ltd. Furthermore, Mr. Bertermann was seed investor and Director in an e-commerce platform which he founded in 2007 and sold in 2012. Prior to joining the Innovation Group, Mr. Bertermann worked as a project manager for Bayerische Hausbau – Schörghuber Group.

 

Mr. Bertermann holds a Master degree in Architecture (Diplom Ingenieur) from the Technische Universität of Munich and started his career 1993 as founding partner in an independent real estate development company (Pirzer & Partner GmbH).
